Denton began serving Victory in 2024. He was born and raised in North Carolina, spending most of his childhood and early adulthood chasing his dream of driving in NASCAR before being called into ministry. Since then, he has completed a Bachelors Degree in Religion and Ministry from Luther-Rice Seminary in 2017 and his Masters of Divinity from Sioux Falls Seminary in 2021. He has served congregations in North Carolina, South Carolina, Minnesota, and Colorado before arriving in the East Valley. Denton and his wife, Jennifer, an ordained minister in LCMC, live with three of their nine children, their beloved cat Dreamsicle, and a Colorado Mountain Dog appropriately named “Luther.” Along with spending time with family, Denton enjoys traveling, watching races on TV, and cheering for his favorite sports teams – the Carolina Panthers and Duke Blue Devils.
