Our Good Friday service is a solemn and powerful Tenebrae experience—“tenebrae” meaning darkness. Through the music of John Rutter’s “Requiem,” choir and orchestra will lead us in a musical service reflecting on the sacrifice of Jesus and hope of eternal life. This unique service includes readings, time for meditation, and reflection. Candles are gradually extinguished, symbolizing the deepening darkness as Christ approached death
