At Victory, we believe Christian leadership is not about seeking power—but about serving people, pointing to Jesus, and living out His love. It is first and foremost an act of service. It’s not about titles or authority—it’s about serving people, pointing to Jesus, and living out His love.

Our pastors, staff, and volunteers are called to use their God-given gifts to carry forward the mission of the church and help expand God’s Kingdom through Christ-centered love, humility, and grace. When Spirit-filled leaders serve together in unity, the church thrives, people are cared for, and hope multiplies.
